Rosstat hack: data obtained suggests over 390,000 Russian deaths in Ukraine war
Hacker groups Cyberpartisans BY and Silent Crow say they hacked Rosstat and counted Russian losses since the invasion of Ukraine. Their tally: between 393,000 and 450,000 killed.
