For more than thirty years, tens of thousands of children with severe psychiatric problems have been placed in closed institutions. The Dutch government apologised to them on 29 August but the closure of all these centres is not planned until 2030.Pendant plus de trente ans, des dizaines de milliers d’enfants souffrant de graves problèmes psychiatriques ont été placés dans des institutions fermées. Le gouvernement néerlandais leur a présenté des excuses le 29 août mais la fermeture de tous ces centres n’est pas prévue avant 2030.
