La candidate du Rassemblement national Marine Le Pen a déclaré mercredi 14 octobre qu'elle "maintiendrait durant six mois" l'aide à l'Ukraine si elle était élue présidente en 2027, mais qu'au-delà, elle "cesserait" ce soutien financier. Pour en discuter, Frédéric Mauro, chercheur associé à l'IRIS, spécialiste des questions de défense européenne, était l'invité de FRANCE 24. "L'aide française en proportion du PIB est très faible. C'est 0,3% du PIB", affirme-t-il. "Vouloir stopper l'aide française à l'Ukraine, c'est ouvrir la porte aux buts de guerre russes".
