On Wednesday in The Hague, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, a Kosovo court composed of international judges, must decide whether Hashim Thaçi, the former president of Kosovo, and three other former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) are guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity.The former commanders are accused of murders committed during and after the 1998-1999 war, between Serbian forces and the KLA, then supported by NATO.
