Le chef de la diplomatie américaine, Marco Rubio, se rend, lundi, en Islande, pour y poursuivre l'offensive des États-Unis dans l'Arctique après l'accord sur le Groenland. L'Islande n'a pas d'armée et sa sécurité repose sur l'Otan ainsi que sur un accord bilatéral de défense conclu avec les États-Unis en 1951.
